Whether they’re just unnoticed or ignored, hateful social media comments are sometimes left unchecked. However, Crystal recently showed she wouldn’t stand for hate or personal attacks on her Instagram account.

The death of a former football player and member of the Board of Visitors at The Citadel was reported on Wednesday. According to the school’s website, Stanley Myers, a member of the class of 1998, passed away on Wednesday morning.
His age and the reason for his death were not given. According to the website of his law practice, Myers is a Judge Advocate General and was a partner in the Moore Bradley Myers in West Columbia.

Two Florida women caught in a viral video apparently stealing someone’s beach gear this summer are suing mad … and their target is Fox News, obviously.
The video (above) was shot by the beach equipment’s owner as he called out the Florida women stealing his stuff, which they insisted they were not.
After the man pressed them and said yes, in fact, they were breaking down and about to make off with his belongings, he was apparently accosted.

One of the world’s oldest surviving bible manuscripts will be placed in the Museum of the Jewish People in Tel Aviv.
A 1,100-year-old Hebrew Bible, one of the world’s oldest surviving biblical manuscripts, has sold for $38m in New York on Wednesday.
The Codex Sassoon, a leather-bound, handwritten parchment volume containing a nearly complete Hebrew Bible, was purchased by Alfred H Moses, a former United States ambassador to Romania.
Moses acquired the ancient text on behalf of the American Friends of ANU — Museum of the Jewish People in Tel Aviv, where it will join the collection, the auction house Sotheby’s said in a statement.

In March 2021, Kenya ordered the swift closure of Kakuma and Dadaab – two sprawling refugee camps that host more than 400,000 people, mostly from neighbouring Somalia, South Sudan and the Democratic Republic of the Congo – and gave the United Nations refugee agency (UNHCR) just two weeks to come up with a plan to do so.

The family of a father-of-two who drowned after jumping from a boat in Brisbane on New Year's Day has made a touching tribute.
Perth man Rory McGuire was last seen alive jumping into Manly Harbour to retrieve an item just before 11pm on January 1.
The 46-year-old's body was found the following morning by Queensland police following a search by police divers and water police.
The death is the fifth to rock the Perth community, where Mr McGuire lived, with the loss mourned online by his father Peter McGuire.
